Create tickets, follow threads, and keep employee requests organized.

Tickets in Harriet are support conversations your team can track from start to finish.
Creating a ticket
- Use New ticket from the navigation when you need a tracked thread.
- Add a short subject and describe what you need. Harriet or a teammate can reply in the same thread.
Finding your tickets
- Open the Tickets menu to see lists such as My tickets or Assigned to me (depending on your role).
- Filters help you focus on open items or a specific queue.
Best practice
- One issue per ticket keeps history clear and makes handoffs easier.
