Built for a law firm

Where the agents go to work

Draft Mrs Morgan’s will and LPAs from this morning’s attendance note.. Open the matter, Read the attendance note, Apply the firm’s will precedent, Draft the will and LPAs, Partner review. Approved by S. Patel, Partner.

How the work gets done

Connects to everything

Every system you run. Including the awkward ones

Practice and document management, email, accounts, research, public registers, and the in-house system nobody else will touch. Where there is no ready-made connector, our engineers build one.

One product

Your whole workflow, automated in one place

Platform, connectors and engineers, all from one team. Every step of a matter runs in one place, and when a workflow needs something new, we build it in. Nothing waits on a vendor’s roadmap.

Forward-deployed

Engineers in your firm, automating all of it

Our engineers sit with your teams and automate whole processes: intake, conflicts, onboarding, billing and reporting, not just the legal work. Every process you automate makes the next one easier.

Model and data control

Your models. Your data. Your rules

Choose the right model for each job and switch when a better one arrives. Client data stays where you decide, is never used for training, and is only visible to the people who should see it.

What stays yours

  • Your playbooks, written in plain English, not code
  • Your data and your client relationships
  • Your know-how and how you differentiate
  • The decisions on where a lawyer stays in the loop

What we carry

  • The platform, hosting and security
  • Connectors to the systems you already run
  • Keeping pace with new models and tools
  • Monitoring, evaluation and support

One process first, then the firm

We start with the process that costs your firm the most time, prove it with one team, and scale from there.

Discover

Find where AI pays off first. Pick one or two high-value processes and agree what good looks like.

Prove

Run it live with one team. We build and connect the playbook and measure it against today’s service.

Scale

Team by team, process by process. Reuse what is common, tailor what is not, with central oversight and local ownership.

Questions we get asked

Can it really connect to any system?
Yes. The practice, case and document management systems firms use most are covered. For anything else, including older or in-house systems, our engineers build the connector as part of the engagement.
Which AI models does it use?
Whichever suits the work. You can run different models for different tasks and switch as better ones arrive, without rebuilding your playbooks.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Where you decide. Data is isolated per firm, never used to train models, and access follows your firm’s own permissions. We take your IT and risk teams through hosting and residency in detail. The arrangement is set out in our DPA and sub-processor list.
Is this another tool for our lawyers to learn?
No. It runs behind the way your lawyers already work. They review and approve the output at the points that need judgment.
Is it only for legal work?
No. Some of the biggest gains are in intake, onboarding, conflicts, billing and reporting. Our engineers automate processes across the firm.
What happens to our playbooks if we leave?
They are yours, written in plain English and describing how your firm works.
