2. Approve access in Bob
Review the permissions and choose whose data Harriet can access. Credentials are handled through Bob's secure consent flow.
3. Review your settings
Set up employee sync, field mappings and time-off policies before rolling out to your team.

Questions about connecting HiBob
Do I need a Harriet account?
Yes. Existing customers can sign in and connect Bob with no trial or subscription change. If you are new to Harriet, book a demo or create a new company account for a 14-day HiBob trial.
Who can connect Bob?
You need permission to manage integrations in Harriet and permission to approve the app in Bob. You will confirm your Harriet company before continuing to Bob. If your company already uses Harriet, ask its administrator for an invitation.
What does the new-company trial include?
The trial gives your new company 14 days of HiBob integration access. No payment card is required, and it does not automatically convert to a paid plan. AI usage is separate: connect your own AI provider account. When the trial ends, HiBob access pauses; talk to us to arrange continued access.
What data can Harriet access?
Bob shows the requested permissions and lets you choose which people Harriet can access before you approve. The integration supports employee and pay history, leave requests, employee updates and document uploads. Availability depends on the permissions you approve and your settings. Harriet also checks each user’s permissions.
Can I change the connection later?
Yes. Manage the connection, employee sync and field mappings in Harriet. To change the people or permissions approved in Bob, uninstall Harriet in Bob and install it again.
